MAILS CLOSE. For New Plymouth, Auckland, and Fiji — per s.s. Phoebe, this day, at 8 p.m. The next home mail via Suez, leaves Nelson by s.s. Omeo, on Saturday, 6th May. The next home mail from New Zealand to Europe and America via San Francisco, will lpave Nelson by s.s. Phoebe, on Tuesday, May 16. The next home mail, inwards, via San Francisco, will be brought to Nelson by s.s. Phoebe, which leaves Manukau on sth May with the' Nevada's mail. SYDNEY J. DICK. Chief Postmaster.
