Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must he written upon o^e side of the paper onlj, iiul sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken ot anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion h' this journal must he authenticated by the nana and address of the writer, not necessarily tor publication, but as a guarantee of s ">od faith.
