o The supporters of Sir David Monro will be pleased to learn that the election bus resulted in his return, by a majority of 6. The numbers polled were as follows : — Pakkek. Monro. Motueka 60 39 Riwaka 29 17 Ngatimoti 13 8 Lower Moutere 15 .10 Dovedale 9 *i Upper Moutere 2i 37 Waimea West 46 S7 193 199 The Returning Officer declared Sir David Monro duly elected.
