POST-OFFICE NOTICES.

MATLS CLOSE. For the United Kingdom, for "Wellington, the Southern Ports of New Zealand, and the Australian Colonies, and for India, China. Japan, Cape of Good Hope, Continent of Europe, &c, — per s.s. Kangitoto, to-morrow, at 11 a.m. For Stoke, Richmond, Hope, Spring Grove, Wakefield, and Foxhill— Close at Chief Post Office daily at 2.30, p.m.; arrive at Chief Post Office daily, at 11 o'clock, a.m. For Wakapuaka — Close every "Wednesday and Saturday, at 2.30 ; p.m.; arrive every Wednesday and Saturday, at 11 a.m. For Appleby, Upper and Lower Moutere, Nga Timote, Motueka, and lliwaka — Close every Monday and Thursday, at 8.30, a.m.; arrive every Tuesday and Friday, at 4 p.m. Also, for Motueka per steamer as opportunity offers. For Tadmor and Wangapeka — Close every Tuesday and Friday, at 2.30 p.m., and arrive every Tuesday and Friday, at 11 a.m. Note. — In consequence of the Australian Mails being now conveyed hy British Packets between Brindisi and Alexandria, a reduction in Postage on Letters spm via Brindisi haa been effected.
