The House contains six rooms, with kitchen, wash-house, and bath-room ; and water is laid on to all parts of the building. The entrance to the House being quite separate, would be let either with or without the Shops. The site is, without exception, the best in the City, and such an opportunity for investing in substantial stone-built property does not often occur. A large portion of the purchase-money may remain on mortgage. For full particulars, apply to Mr. T. Fisher ; or to 2393 Messrs. N. Edwards & Co.
