LONDON, August 19. The Bank of France has suspended specie payments. A loan of £40.000,000 has been introduced. The [battles fought at Wiessembeurg, Woerth and Forbach were more disastrous to France than was at first eupposed. Marshal Macmahon's corps was almost annihilated. September 1.
