CITY ARABS.
To THE EDITOK OP THE NELSON EVENING- MAIL. Sir, — With reference to the paragraph in last night's Mail headed "City Arabs," I beg to state that my son is not in the habit of leading the gipsy life, sleeping in outhouses, and prowling about the streets, as you describe. Ido not hold with youths nofc being corrected for stealing, but I like to see the truth stated, and am not entirely devoid of parental feeling. I am, &c, F._ Stock.
