This Hotel hos been established thirteen years, and has done a fair amount of business, being situated in the best part of Collingwood, now likely soon to become an important town through its Coal trade, and the working of the numerous Quartz Rtefs in the neighbouring districts. The Ilouse consists of a full-size Billiardroom, Dining-room, Sitting-rooms, Store room, large Kitchen, and a large Sitting or Bed-room adjoining. On the upper floor there are Nine Double-bedded Rooms, and otliers. There is a Small BREWERY attached with a Good Cellar, and an excellent Vegetable and Fruit GARDEN. The Property to be Let for Three Years, but the further renewal of the Lease will be granted upon terms specified.
