Letters for insertion in the. Evening. Mail must be written upon ovie side of the paper only, and sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they "will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be. taken ot anonymous communijcations. Wh ateve r is intended for insertion in this journal niust be authenticated by the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for pubication, but as a guarantee'of good faith.
