The benefits which may he derived by parties joining the Company are as follows : — They will be entitled to their respective share of any advantages — whether in money or shares— that may be arranged for with any other Companies which may be established, to lease or purchase the interest of any mineral ground belonging lo this Company. . la addition to its other merits, this undertaking recommends itself to the public as a means, not only of further developing the mineral resources of the province, but of indirectly benefiting the City of Nelson by the expenditure, the Company's operations, if successful, would necessarily occasion.
