Singular AFFAiR.-The German papers report the following singular occurrence :- Some time ago a middle-aged man entered a gambling saloon at Koethen, in the principality of Anhalt. At length he won 11,000 ducats, but on his attention being called to the money he made no response, and one of the attendants going to him found him dead in his chair. — European Mail.
