On the Upper part of the Run there is a large and substantial weatherboard House, with Stockyards and Sheds, and on the lower part a Good House, Milking Sheds, Stables, Yards, &c. There are 500 Acres of Bush Land Cleared and Sown with English Grasses, and divided into a large number of Paddocks. If agreed upon, a lot of Cattle, Sheep, and Pigs could be taken by the Purchaser, together with all the Dairy Utensils, and all the Farming Tools on the Premises.
