Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon one side nf the paper only, md sent to tlie office before 12 o'clock noon, or thoy will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can be taken of anonymous coiimmoications. Whatever is intended for insertion in rbis journal must be authenticated by the name ■md address ofthe writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a gaarantee of good faith.
