That the Company should pay to the Prospectors for the same the sum of £1000, one-half of which has been already paid u-jder the original contract, and the remainder to be paid on the transfer of the Lease to the Company. The Directors to allot to the Prospectors 30' | paid-up shares, and the Prospectors to take 100 ordinary shares. That the Deed of Settlement of the Company should be amended in conformity with such agreemem.
