[Before J. Sharp, Esq., E.M.] Yesterday. Stanton v. W. H. Newton Claim for £8 11s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs 245. Williams v. Graeser. Claim for £3. Plaintiff was nonsuited. Adams v. Sims. Claim for £3. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs 9s. Wilkinson v. Drummond. Action to recover £35, the price of a horse illegally seized by defendant, who stated that he had sold it to plaintiff's father, but never received payment for it. Mr. H. Adams appeared for the plaintiff, aud Mr. Kingdon for defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, £4 10s.
