Waite .—Q\&\m for 26 6s. 10d., amount of dishonoured promissory note. Debt admitted. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, £1 155., payable in a month. Thomson v. A. Carrol. — Claim for £7 4s. for wages due. Debt admitted. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, 135., payable in weekly instalments of £1. //. V. Phillips v. Meruxry. — Claim for £1 Bs. for goods supplied. Debt admitted. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, 95., payable in a week. H. Priest^ master of the schooner Glengary v. Cameron, Brothers, owners of the schooner E. U. Cameron. , This case was referred by consent to the arbitration of the Resident Magistrate and Mr. G. Bennett. Mr. Pitt appeared for the salvor, and Mr. Kingdon for the owners. Evidence was taken at considerable length, and the case was adjourned until Friday, the 29th instant.
