Culleford's Quartz Mining Com- . pant. — We are glad to be able to state that the misunderstanding which occurred last night has been done away with this morning most satisfactorily, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held at the office of the brokers, Messrs. Thompson and Stavert, Culleford and his mates have entered into au agreement with the Provisional Directors, whereby they convey all their right, title, and interest in in the reef to the Company, on terms - which are satisfactory both to the prospectors and to those wishing to take part in it. A prospectus, containing all particulars, will shortly be issued by the Company, and we understand that about 6000 shares have already been applied for.
