PUBLIC MEETINGS will be held in connection with the ANNIVERSARY of the METHODIST MISSIONARY SOCIETY as follows :— At the Wesi-Etan Church, Richmond, on Wednesday, the 27th inst. ADDRESSES will be given on tbe subject of CHRISTIAN MISSIONS, by the Bey. W. G. THOMAS, of Motueka; Rev. J. CRUMP, Rev. J. A. TAYLOR, and other Gentlemen ; and a COLLECTION will be made in aid of the Funds of the Society. The Meetings will commence at 7 o'clock. Superintendent's Office, Nelson, October 19, 1869.
