The Superintfjndency. — A report is in very general circulation throughout the town to-day, to the effect that Mr. Barnicoat ie to be proposed on the day of nomination, we are, however; authorised to State, most positively tbat that gentleman will not allow himself to be brought forward as a candidate for the the Superintendence..
