Horse Wheel Ploughs, with or without Driver — Same prizes. Bullock Ploughs, wheel or swing, with or . without Driver— Same prizes. Open to all comers. No Entrance Fee. Unless six Ploughs start in each class, one of the Prizes will be withheld, and the Judges will be instructed to withhold any Prize in any Class, when the Ploughing is not meritorious; also, to recommend for Extra Prizes, when the work is meritorious, although less than six shall 6tart. All Ploughs to start at 10 a.m. and to finish by 3 p.m. The Quantity of Land not to exceed Half-an-. Acre. The Furrow Slice not to be less than 5 inches deep by 9 inches wide.
