Dunedin, Thursday, 11 a.m. The case of Driver versus Henningham, the editor of the Echo newspaper, for libel, was heard in tha Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday, when the defendant was committed for trial, but admitted to bail, his personal recognizances being accepted.
