AT a MEETING of the above Association, held at the Miners' Arms Hotel, on the 29th. April, the following Resolution was passed : " That the Secretary be instructed to Convene a Meeting to finally wind up the affairs of the Association ; to be held on Monday, the 10th May, at the Miners' Arms Hotel." In accordance with the above Resolution, a meeting will be held at the Miners' Arms Hotel, on the date mentioned^ at Half-past Seven p.m. - All Members are requested to attend. R. AITKEN, Hon. Sec.
