Poynter, Esq., begs to announce that he has OPENED the same as a PUBLIC TEA GARDEN and RECREATION GROUND, where all who desire to form pleasure parties within easy access from the centre of the city can do so at small expense, while they will enjoy the salubrious sea air, splendid views, and a ramble amid 10 acres of pleasure ground.
