Should you confirm this opinion by placing me in the Council, I shall endeavor to justify your vote by discharging the duties of the post to the best of my ability. I shall not now enlarge on the Provincial policy which I should support if rt turned as one of your Members, but at the Nomination I shall have an opportunity of doing so with as much fulness as you may desire.
