IN accordance with Cause 10 of the Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858, the Owners and Occupiers of Lands or Tenements within th6se districts, or their Agents, are hereby required to forward to the Road Board, within one calendar month from this date, a STATEMENT, in writing, of the Quantity and Nature of the' Lands and Tenements owned and occupied by such persons within these districts, with the Names of Owners or Occupiers thereof, and the Estimated Value to sell of such properties.
