TVTOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed jJS bearing date the sth day of September, 1868, and made between JOSEPH EDWAKDS, of the first part, Joseph Reed Dodson, of the City of Nelson, Brewer, and John Edwards, of tlie same city, Carpenter, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being Creditors of the said Joseph Edwards, of the third part, the said Joseph Edwards Conveyed and ASSIGNED all and singular his Real and Personal ESTATE and EFFECTS unto the said Joseph Reed Dodson, and John Edwards, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon trust for the benefit of all the Creditors ol the said Joseph Edwards: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said Joseph Edwards, in the presence of and is attested by Henry Adams, of the said Cfty of Nelson, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said Deed is also executed by the said Trusteess: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, on Saturday, the sth day of September, 1868.
