A NUISANCE.

To the Editor op the Nelson Evening Mail. Sir—l wish particularly to know if merchants are allowed to block up the wharf at Motucka with potatoes, and leave them there for days, while there is a Government store closo along side, made and adapted especially for their convenience. It is needless for me to remark that it greatly incommodes passengers in shipping and landing, as they are obliged to climb over the potatoes, at imminent personal risk. If you would kindly insert these few lines in your paper, you will greatly oblige Yours, &c., A Passenger. Nelson, May 7, 1868.
