THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that the Ceremony of OPENING the NELSON WATERWORKS will take place on THURSDAY, the 16th instant, which will be observed as a PUBLIC HOLIDAY, instead of Thursday, the 9th instant, as previously advertised.
