Sir — In your issue of Thursday you state tbat the very unsafe state of things at the Wairoa Bridge calls for the immediate action ofthe Road Board; in reply to which I beg to state for the information of yourself and readers (your opinion being shared by many others), that neither the bridge nor its approaches, have ever been under the charge of the Road Board.
