NELSON WATERWORKS ASSES MENT. 7 TOTICE is hereby given, that the AS3ES3- ±\ MENT of all PROPERTY liable to be rated under the provisions of the " WATERWORKS ACT, 1863," has been made, and may be INSPECTED at the COURTHOUSE, during office hours, by any person, for a period of Twenty-one days. Any person who may think himself aggrieved by the Assessment may APPEAL to a Bench of Magistrates, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 16, of the " Waterworks Act."
