NELSON WATERWORKS ASSES - MENT. T TOTICE is hereby given, that the ASSESSJIS MENT of all PROPERTY liable to be rated under the provisions of the " WATER- . WORKS ACT, 1863," has been made, and may be INSPECTED at the COURTHOUSE, during office hours, by any person, for a period of Twenty-one days. Any person who may think himself aggrieved by the Assessment may APPEAL.to a Bench of Magistrates, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 16, of the " Waterworks Act."
