T T OTICE is hereby given, that the ASSESS- ±* MENT of ail PitoPERTY liable to be rated under the provisions of the "WATERWORKS ACT, 1663," has been made, and may be INSPECTED at the COURTHOUSE, during office hou s, by any person, for a period of Twenty-one days. Any person who may think himself aggrieved by the Assesment may APPEAL to a Bench of Magistrates, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 16, ofthe " Waterworks Act."
