THE Superintendent direcis it to be notified for general information, that the J USTICES' ORDEKS, dated 6th day of January, 1868, granting the ALTERATION of certain ROADS in the Districts of Suburban-north Wairnea-south Motueka and Motupiko, and Takaka Districts as described in the application of John Blackett, Provincial Engineer, and Thomas Bkcnner, Chief Surveyor, published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 49, of the 21st November, 1867, have been CONFIRMED by the Superintendent and Executive Council.
