BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. NEWS TO DECEMBER 7. [A brief summary of the following telegram was issued by us as an Extra ou Saturday night.] Bluff, January 18, 4.45 p.m. The s.s. Rangitoto arrived at tbe Bluff this afternoon at 4.40, with the November -mails. Left Sandridge at 4 p.m. ou the 'liJth inst. The Bombay anchored in ITobson's Bay at 6, a.m., on the ISth inst. She brings intelligence of alterations in Mail arrangements. In :uture the Mail will leave England every four weeks, giving thirteen mails yearly. Next Mail leaves Sydney •on the 2nd February. There will be no Mail on the 24th January.
