NELSON WATERWORKS. NOTICE. Superintendent's Office, Nelson, December 30, 1867. IT having been discovered that some evil-dis-posed persons have been meddling with the FIREPLUGS on the Waterpipes lately laid on the streets of the town, and DAMAGING the same by inserting gravel and other rubbish. Notice is hereby given that persons guilty of such offences are liable under the Waterworks Act to a Penalty of Fifty Pounds, and a REWARD of TEN POUNDS will be paid to any one who shall give such information to the Inspector of Police as will lead to the conviction of the offenders.
