The question of establishing agricultural training schools has been taken up iu Sydney with considerable, spirit. A very influential deputation has had an interview, on the subject with the CheifV Secretary, Who pledged himself to promote "with all his official weight the objects sought for/- The promoters of the movement seek to establish schools specially devoted :to, the training of boys in agricultural pursuits, nud teaching them themp^t improved modes of farming. For the [establishment of a model farm ia connexion with the school, a piece of land abont 1000 acres, inrextent was pointed out, situate at .^in'gecarribbee'i'saul to be very, suitable, f° r * n0 purpose, aud easily accessible, either by water via Kiama, or by Xhb Great Southern Railway.
