PERSONS desiring ADMISSION to the NELSON HOSPITAL, must apply to the Hospital Surgeon, at the Hospital, on MONDAY or THURSDAY, hetween the hours of 9 and 12 a m., for a Certificate of fitness for Medical Relief, and afterwards to a Member of the Hospital Management Committee, for a Certificate of fitness to receive Government Relief Cases of accident, or otherwise, of great urgency will be received at once at any hour.
