Sir — In reading some of the Reports of the Select Committees of the Provincial 1 Council, it occurred to me that the new Superintendent and his new Executive 'could gratify their penchant for new - \ offices and increased salaries by instituting : a Committee of Revision for putting the aforesaid reports into grammatical English ; i \but as the Council, as at present constituted, could hardly be expected to furnish 1 )the proposed committee, it is recommended * fih&t four lads from the senior class of the Town School, which is close to the Council [Chamber, should be chosen for the purpose.
