On this occasion, however, the first settlers of the Province having decided on celebrating the day, their 25th Anniversary, by a General FETE, the Foresters hereby intimate that they will assist, to the utmost of their ability, whatever efforts may be directed towards making the first of Febraury a GENERAL GALA DAY.
