The s.s Wellington left Port Chalmers, at 6.30 p.m., on tbe Ilth inst.,- strong •westerly gales throughout, and arrived at Bluff Harbor, at 1 p.m., the 1 2th; left again at 4 a.m., 13th, had stiff westerly gales till after rounding West Cape; thence to Hokitika, had fine weather, arriving there at 10 p.m., on the 14th ; left at 4 p.m., the 15th ; called at Greymouth same day, landing passengers and cargo ; arriving at Nelson, 4.45 p.m., 16th. Had fine weather and smooth water from Hokitika' here ; passed the Nelson and Tasmanian Maid bound South, at 6 a.m., on the 16th. A special meeting of the Monumental Committee, is called for. to-morrow evening, at 8 o'clock; The place 'of meeting is the Trafalgar Hotel.
