ON Friday, the fourth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, Upon reading the petition herein, the schedules thereto, the affidavit of the petitioner, and reading the affidavit of Mr. Harry Pitt, filed herein, and upon hearing Mr. Izard as counsel for petitioner, It is Ordered that the real and personal Estate and Effects of the above-named petitioner should be sequestrated in the hands of Robert Pollock, of the City of Nelson aforesaid, Esquire, Inspector of Bankruptcy, as sequestrator ad interim: And it is hereby further ordered, and this order is hereby declared to be a vesting order in pursuance of the "Debtor and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865:" And it is further ordered that the said petitioner do attend at the Court-house in Nelson aforesaid, on the Fourteenth day of May next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of being examined touching the said Petition : And it is further and lastly ordered that a meeting of the Creditors of the said petitioner, shall be held at such time and place as the Registrar of this honorable Court at Nelson shall appoint, for the purpose of recommending to the Court a Trustee or Trustees of and for making suggestions in reference to the winding up of the Estate of the said petitioner.
