To the Editor of the Nelson Evening Mail. Sir,—l beg to draw your attention to an error in your issue of the 9th. You state miners vote under the Electoral Act, whereas they vote under miners' rights ; but they must be held for six months in voting for representatives for the Provincial Council. J. C.
