BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.
FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT . Wellington, 12.50 p.m. St. Kilda, steamer, has arrived from Chatham Islands, bringing crew of the Lissie Scott, bound from this port to Callao, which was totally wrecked near Point Eveque, on the 3rd instant. All hands were saved. Captain West remains at the Islands. An inquiry has beeu held ; vessel's loss attributed to negligence.
