It appears from the Auckland papers, that ■Mr. T. W.- Stand well, will, iuall probability, succeed in establishing a bathing establishment in Auckland, similar ttf the one in Oriental Bay. In Auckkud it is proposed to raise a sum of £2,000j in shares of £5 .oach, and to lease a piece of ground from the Provincial Council, hi order to establish a swimming : batli.
