London wool sales closed on 24th March 85.281 bales sold. Prices the first week advanced Id. to 2d. per pound on November rates, when prices advanced owing to the enormous attendance of buyers. Sydney fleece, middling, aud scoured and faulty wools, sold at a great advance. Very good prices are expected at the May sales.
