,THE.i.number of vessels which - entered inwards through the customs last week, was eleven,,of an agregate burthen of .725 tons; they consist of. two steamers-^the Kennedy from Hokitika,.. anc]. the : Gothenburg from Melbourne,^ Hokitika, and of nine small sailing craft, — one., from , [ RVanganui, two from Motupipi,-rP,ne from Waitapu^. two from ColHnewoodV two from -Tata Island, and one from the Croixeiles, altogether. ,of 141 tons burthen ; and .bringing 47 passengers, of ; whom-,. 3.9.. were from . Collingwood. The clearances outwards. during the same period, consists pf one; steamer and eight sailing , :vessels, of an aggregate burthen of 715 tons; the Go thenburgh steamer left for Melbourne via THokitika—of the sajling vessels three, carrying altogether 104 tons, were.for Havelock, two for Collingwood, one for Tata, oue ■for Waitapu, and, one for . Motupipi, the aggreg.ateburj.hep of. all ; the;, sailing vessels . was ! 185 tons, and they took nine \ passengers, of. whom six Y^ere for jCollingwood.
