Holders of malt continue very firm, and show a disposition to ad- ' vanee on their last quotations • stocks being scarce, extreme rates have been paid for small trade parcels. In spirits very little is doing. Feeding grains are in somewhat better demand, and prices generally show improvement in consequence of speculative purchases. —Herald, Feb. 2.
