In pursuance of a certain Proclamation, dated, the 12th day of February, 1864, under the hand of his Excellency Sir George Gkey, Knight Commander of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath, Gover-nor-in-Chief in and over her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand, I JOHN POYNTER, Esquire, Resident Magisj trate at Nelson, do hereby, by virtue of the powers given to me by the said Proclamation, appoint THURSDAY, the twenty-second day of March now next, at 12 o'clock at noon, at the Court House, Nelson, for the NOMINATION of a CANDIDATE to fill the office of a TRUSTEE of the NELSON TRUST FUNDS, a vacancy having occurred in the Board of Trustees of the said fund.
