REEFTON, Monday,
Messrs. Dowgray and Fagan met the Gold-owners' Association and Mr. Pryor yesterday. Employers conceded the point in dispute— contracts. A mass meeting of the union was held the same evening, when Dowgray advised the member* to take a ballot as to whether they would accept the terms of settlement or otherwise. This was unanimously agreed to.—Own correspondent.
