TERRITORIALS OBJECT.
Wired by Press Association on October 29:— Tho Westport Territorials to-night refused to attend parade, the reason given being tho non-enforcement of tho clauses of the Act compelling absentees to attend. With a roll of 95, the company has had an average attendance of only 30 to 35, and those who have attended regularly resent the immunity enjoyed by the absentees. The Millerton men have refused to parade, and no action had been taken. It is understood that Denniston will follow Westport's example.
